As seen above i am currently on a different kind of bike, a spanking new fully kitted Honda crf 250x. And it´s probably as much fun one can have whilst fitness training.

Other time is being spent dealing with old and new sponsors and working with my future bikes.

Next weekend i will be doing demos at the swedish bike fair in Jönköping aswell. Should be good times!

Sunday: Last comp in the Swedish Championships.

Rode quite ok al day, really hard sections. I managed to clean everyone of them, just not both laps. Got 3 fives that was rater stupid but second place had 49 points so i guess it´s ok.

Now i got 6 Swedish Championship titles, feels great:)

China was not really anything that brought me any good memories.

Plus 40 hours travelling each way, dirty hotells and people everywhere.

After just a few hours in the city of Ping Tang some of the european guys got stomache problems, and I dodged that by eating just rise and bananas basicly. Even though we bought everything that looked eatble one week resulted in a wheight loss of almost 6kilos and i did not have any power left for the competition. Fisished 9th but after the jury (without any good reason?) decided to not count section 2 and 3 beacuse they have made them harder after most riders complained about the sections being to easy i ended up in 12th place. Doesn´t really matter since its so far from my capacity anyways. Biu and Hiro must really step things up, if they want any riders to compete in their events. Seeing him ignore the opinions from almost whole elite category and Canas and al the top guys from senior seriously made me doubt about the future of biu..

This weekend it was time for the 4th out of 5 comps in the Swedish Championships. Great sections and i rode very good aswell, taking the win on only 2 points. Second place had 49 points!

With this victory the overall title for this year is secured, since it´s the four best comps out of five that counts.

Feels great now when WBC is comming up, i will leave for China in just a couple of days. Wish me luck!

What have I been up to the whole winter?

Well, i've moved to my first own appartment for starters. I've worked really hard trying to gather some sponsors even though most companies are suffering from the economic crisis.

The biggest change is probably that i will not ride for koxx this season. I've riden for koxx for about 6 years now, and our collaboration has worked very good. But now I want to try something new and I've been working with Rockman bikes for quite some time now. I meet Sam, the owner of rockman bikes, back in 2006 when i visited Singapore for the worlds and we have been friends ever since. He's been manufacturing smaler parts like brake pads, brake discs and so on but have now moved in to frames, handlebars. hubs etc.

I've been riding this rockman prototype since christmas and it works really well:) the model called aurem is ready for production and i will have that frame quite soon.

Since Rockman hasn't got al the parts for the bike yet i also have another new bike related sponsor and thats tartybikes.co.uk!

Otherwise the winter has been kind of slow, i've had a stubborn cold that won't give in and I hope to get better soon so i can start riding more:)

Competed both saturday and sunday, saturday it was really tight and the had to count cleans to seperate me from Peter Backgren.
Sunday it was harder sections and i rode really good so i finished on 5 points, second came in on 18 and third on 30 something..

Got really sick during the week in between and that did´nt help but i would say the main reason for failing was something else. I´ll come back soon with more info, picures and also some movies.

Yesterday i was hungry for revench since i rode like an old lady in the first round, great wheater, great sections and a near perfect day. Only 2 silly dabs in the first laps then cleaned second and third witch meant a quite convincing victory for me:) Backgren second on 13 dabs and Eriksson third on 25 dabs.

Well prepared, decent sections but it just wasn´t my day at all. I good day i would have got 3-5 points, instead i got 19 points and that is not good enough to win now when super talent Martin Eriksson is back on his bike once again:)Sucks not to win, but it´s useful not to win even when you ride like a donkey aswell... Keeps the motivation and hunger up!

The season start is closing up fast and the first month of comps are going to be quite busy. In May there's no less than 5 competitions to attend to, of which to of them down in Europe (Slovakia and Belgium)

Looking forward to it! just hope the snow will go away here for good so i can get some quality time with the bike:)

First i got a demo at the celebration for bicycle brand Monark's 100th birthday on the 5th of April.

Here's some new parts i´ve been trying out for Rockmanbikes from Singapore:

Handlebar: Just rode a few hours with it and it feels really good, like a mixture between monty and try-all bars but wider (740mm) and also stronger, tripple buttet aluminum.

The disc i´ve been riding with for quite a while now, works really well. Lite and very good stopping power in all conditions.

It´s about 4 degrees outside, grey al the time and by 4pm it´s completely dark. It´s not really fun this time of year...

During my one armed period i gathered some new sponsors ( check em out ) and designed a brand new comp outfit that will be ready soon aswell...

I also made some new tatoos, tried a new artist here in my home town ( Oddball tatoo)

The rehab is working quite alright, it´s quite slow but now about 6 weeks after i removed the cast it feels like it might work again soon. I practiced about 2 hours every day since that and last weekend i held a handlebar for the first time since i broke the arm, it was a motorcycle trials comp in my hometown and it felt alright to ride again...

I caught a bit of a cold now but i´m really looking forward to some rough hours in the gym and some biketrials before xmas:)

Built up a new bike recently as well, will be ace to try it out as i try to get the feel for trials again after a soon to be 3 months of the bike.

I really hope next season works out better, i´m going to use this winter to do everything i can to make that happen.

Broken arm, last round of the Swedish Champs

Hello fellow readers, this weekwend the final round of the swedish championships where held in Bjorkvik.
Unfortunately i broke my arm during a practise session last week so i could´nt compete. Since the overall win was alredy secured it did´nt matter if i rode or not but i really wanted to ride since i have never yet completed the perfect championship with all wins.
But since i broke my arm this was the third time that i´ve won al the round exept the last one witch is rather strange since it should be easyer to ride when the overall victory is secured.

But anyways, broken arm= no fun at al! 4 weeks in cast and then about 4 weeks of rehab before im a 100% again. I will be using this time of to work with next seasons sponsors and i will also get some new tattos:p

World championships 07

Hey all, this weekend i went to Blansko, Czech Republic for the first round of the world championships. The sections looked quite easy but the thing that worried me the most was the amount of elite riders that was signed up in senior. Anyways i did a decent race and after the first lap there was 2 riders on 5 points, 3 on 6 points and i had 7 points. The last section was the hardest and all the riders got 5 in it first lap, so i figured that it was in that section the winner will be decided.I rode a little bit better the second lap and had 1 point when i arrived at the last section, i gave it my best shoot to clean it but i ended up crashing both my bike and left leg so i finished on 13 points. That was only enough for a 5th place with names like Kumorvski and Recek claiming the positions before me. I was 2 points from the podium.

Since there only is 2 comps instead of 4 this year the first place in the championship is hard and prob impossible to reach, thereby i will not go to japan at all. Im done going there for fun, when i go there it will be to win. end of discussion.

Round 2 & 3, Swedish Championships

I was quite nervous before this weekend, since these two rounds would kind of determine whom has the best shoot at the title for this year. And the venue being my hardest opponents practice area this will be his best chance to put up a real fight since both rounds where set on his home course.

Anyways i felt real good and rode relaxed and secure, first day i only got 1 dab, witch made me a winner with a great margin since Peter had quite a shitty day and got 25 points after some stupid fives. The sections got a lot harder on round 3, i made some small mistakes but kept it together quite good and finished on 7 points. Some points where real unnecessary but it was no real sweat since i knew i was way ahead of the other riders. Second man was once again Peter, this time with 29 points.

It´s going to take a lot of trouble to stop me from winning the totals again for the forth time, but i´m still looking for the perfect season, since the last two years i´ve won all the rounds except the very last round.

But first i will go to the worlds and see if i can make some results there, then i might try to find some other decent comps since this year is probably the lowest amount of comps in many years.

European Championships

The European Championships this year was quite exiting, The comp was situated in Slovakia and the sections looked well easy in the dry weather. Lucky the rain came and solved that problem.
I rode ok but with several mistakes resulting in a couple of fives in sections that i cleaned the first lap or the other way around. I was quite surprised when i saw the score board with the results from lap 1, i was first! but due to my mistakes i got second place after a guy from Poland. I was only one point behind him and the third guy was only one point behind me so it was very even!

The one thing i will remember from Slovakia is this massive gap that i made in one of the sections, we where suppose to go down and then up again while the elite route was to jump between these huge rocks in the middle of the water, i decided to go for the elite route instead since it was faster and probably moore easy if you just had the balls. It was the scariest thing i´ve ever done, but afterwards i felt huge and rode much better:) that's what biketrials really about!

Here is the recipe for a very nice weekend: wake up early next to a beautiful girl, pack her and the bike in to you car, drive away, do some high speed chases with a toyota supra ( and win) arrive at a place where you are going to do a demo in great weather, do 3 demos, play with some fun bungee jump trampoline thing , and during all this the beautiful girl is taking lovely photographs ( will be up soon enough!) be done at 3 P.m. , go to the hotel and chill, eat to much food, chill some more, tramdadam tramdadam, wake up, eat even more , love hotel breakfasts, go to comp venue, decent weather, nice looking sections, make the biggest dent ever in a brand new frame in the first section, ride decent, win, collect price from a royalty, ride towards home, eat some more, go home, fall asleep :D

The comp season is getting started

Last weekend was the opening competition of the year, the first round of the Swedish championships in Alingsas. My level is not at all where it used/should be, neither is my physical shape. I´ve been riding just a couple of times since the eye surgery but now i hope to really get started soon!

The sections looked quite easy and that really ads up to even more butterflies in my stomach, but i managed to make only one mistake that resulted in 2 points. Peter Backgren was second on 13 points.

I recently went trough the most terrifying i´ve ever done, laser eye-surgery. I usually wear glasses but i can´t wear them when i ride, i´m to sensitive to use contacts, so i figured this was the only way out if i force myself into it..

I did, and well, i regretted it for 2 weeks because it was extremely painful and there was nothing to do about it. But that was like 2 moths ago and now everything is fine , i don´t regret it anymore , but i would not recommend it to someone unless you got very good reasons. Mine was biketrials, its a big advantage if you can see shit:P Could get quite dangerous when you don´t anyways...

UCI Cologne

Hey, the uci european championship in cologne was great. It was a good experience trying elite even tho its hard as hell. No top result to report since the opposition is unbelieveble but i managed almost al sections sometime.

Uci is vey different to Biu but both have good and bad sides...

We almost where´nt alowed to ride beacuse we had no national jerseys that the swedish uci dude where suppose to give us.. I guess i don´t know much about biketrials or maybe he´s just a dick... whatever it was i good experience:)

Hey.. i finnaly got home, i went to Bjorkvik last weekend to ride the two finishing rounds of the swedsish championships. I won with some 30 points day one, but second day, last round i was beaten by 3 points... Maybe i tried to much knowing that i could probbably afford it since i usually have quite alot to spare...

It feels nice to be swedish champion once more. I think it´s my third time, but stil not undefeated :( I guess it´s good that the other riders also have a high level, but i stil urge for the perfect series...

Well this friday me and Peter Backgren are flying to Cologne, Germany for a UCI comp.. we´ll se how that ends.. i´ll be riding elite...

I´ll get some pics and maybe some vids up soon from the world championship and also the swedish championships!

Hey all...

Yeah now im sitting here in a hotel in nagoya, just waiting to get home... first i must wait here untill friday when my plane leaves japan, then i have 44 hours before i come home :(
lots of waiting and transfers...

Anyways, japan was also ace... great friends made it all worth it again :)

Spent the week jumping of huge cliffs into the river, riding, shopping... didnt sleep much though, but i dont mind ;) <3 mutsumi.....

The competition went quite good aswell, 9 points on the first lap and all 0 on the second lap... could have done better but its ok... better than the other rounds anyways... finished 4th...

And the wheater was better this year aswell :)

yeah, and we al love tom :P haha ( i solved the level 6 japanesepuzzle before i left itadori, even though it nearly drove me insane... )

2 swedish championship comps comming up next weekend aswell, the last ones.. and the weekend after that its uci europeans in cologne, germany...

Godnight Singapore, godmorning Japan

Yesterday i competed in the third round of the biketrial world championships in Singapore, it was hot as hell. But i did quite decent, 10 points on the first lap is not great but ok. Then on the second lap i made a few more mistakes so i ended up with 17, totally 27 points. I came 7th i think. Now i just landed in japan, to find out my phone doesnt work :(

Anywas i had a great stay in singapore, training, shopping, tearing up the club with the UK guys, and much more...

And once again a huge thanks to Matt, Sam, Jeremy, Gerald and his family and all the others that made my stay in singapore the best!

Hey all, i've been to singapore for a week now. First i tought i would be alone for a week or so before the other riders would start to show up, but the local riders really takes great care of me :) they takes me places to ride, show me stuf all the time.. i've made a lot of new friends.
I'm really having the time of my life down here...

Hey again.. now i´m finnaly home again.. France this weekend, sections where great. rode a little better than last weekend but still, really bad :( The organisation made some misstakes concerning starting order and handling dickhead elite riders witch added on...

The week before the comp was great tough, nice riding, nice people, french kareoke, party in my tent and so on....

I also had my 20th birthday day after the comp, drank alcohol for the first time.. half a bear and halv a smirnof ice, my head started to spin and i went to bed...

Hey all, What have i been up to ?

Well, i rode quite a few demos. There where like 3-4 demos a week in almost 2 months. That was a lot of fun and it did really not feel like working, the only thing that where hard was not being at home at the weekends... The people i worked with where really great, and we had a lot of fun al the time, i hope to do that roadshow next year again :)

Then there was the European Championships in Blansco, Chech republic. The buss ride down there where crazy, the hotel was crazy, my roommates where crazy, the soft airguns where crazy. The sections where great, real hard. But the weather was soo bad, the sections almost got dangerous. I took to many chances and made a few hard crashes. I finished 6th not very far from the top where i wanted to be.. I must perform better in international events from now on, not just in sweden...

2 weeks after there was the second round of the swedish championships, in Kungsbacka. The weather was great an so where the sections. They where quite hard and a real challenge. This is the type of sections it should be so we´re ready when we go abroad! best in sections in many years I rode quite ok, but with some stupid fives. I won on 29 points, peter came second with 56 points...

Latest event where the opening of Kanis Action Center, witch was also a really nice event. They ( we ) worked all the way until they opened on Saturday. Also real great people everywhere! There will be some pics from there on the media site soon...

What else... i´m going to UK in two weeks for a Lost Prophets concert together with my best friend, and in about 4 weeks the world championships starts.... Looking forward!

And my man Koffe made a new website, and i tought it could´nt get better than the last one... creds to you koffe!

Hey...
This weekend i´ve been to Slovakia for the european indoor chamiponships, it al started of bad with troubble on the airport and so on... But when we finnaly got there it was a nice hotel and everything...
The country in al was quite boring though... just different scales of gray everywhere :S

On the saturday I competed, the level of the sections where pretty good. I did ok i think, a little bit nervous since it was my first comp this year. Even if i did ok the judges tried thier best to get my as many points as possible so the 2 slovakian riders would get in front of me...

And i would say the managed since i got maybe 5-6 really unfair points and the second position where only 3 points in front of me... anyways... why bother, when there´s nothing to do anyways....

I just got confirmation that plane tickets and hotel is booked for the European Indoor Championship in Slovakia the 25th mars... I´m looking forward to this :)

I´ve also booked tikets to a UCI comp in Germany this fall :D

But i´ve still not decided about koxxdays...

Hopefully the calendar will be out soon, with al the swedish comps aswell...

Hey everyone, finaly the new site is up and running.. ( btw thanks koffe for designing the page :D ) Almost 10.000 people visited my website last year, from 53 different countries..
I´ve started working 4 moths ago so less time for practicing and everything else that i used to do all days when i was in school :(
Basicly it sucks growing up....

But i have some plans for the future that maybe can result more time to ride...

I work with an action center for al kinds of cycle sports and i´m courius what that cooperation will give in the future :P
